Shipping Policy
Effective Date: May 19, 2026
Website: Canada Peptide Research
Operating Region: Canada Only
Canada Peptide Research ships products strictly within Canada and only to eligible Canadian customers purchasing for lawful laboratory research purposes.
By placing an order on this Website, you agree to this Shipping Policy, our Terms and Conditions, Refunds and Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, Research Agreement, product notices, and all checkout acknowledgements.
1. Canada-Only Shipping
We ship only to addresses located within Canada.
We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to freight forwarders, reshipping services, mail-forwarding services, export agents, temporary addresses, or any location that appears intended to redirect products outside Canada.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
You are located in Canada;
Your shipping address is located in Canada;
You are not purchasing for export;
You will not forward, reship, export, distribute, or transfer products outside Canada;
You are purchasing strictly for lawful laboratory research purposes only.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or request verification for any order that appears to violate this Canada-only policy.
2. Research Laboratories Only
Products sold by Canada Peptide Research are intended only for qualified research customers, registered laboratories, research institutions, incorporated businesses, or other eligible Canadian research organizations.
We may request additional information before shipping an order, including:
Laboratory name;
Business or institutional name;
Professional email address;
Research-use confirmation;
Canadian address verification;
Eligibility confirmation;
Any other information reasonably necessary to verify compliance with our policies.
Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation, refusal, or delay.
3. No Government, Regulatory, Law-Enforcement, or Investigative Shipments
This Website is not intended for use by government agencies, regulatory bodies, law-enforcement agencies, health authorities, inspection agencies, customs or border agencies, investigative contractors, or individuals acting on behalf of any such entity for monitoring, investigation, enforcement, inspection, surveillance, evidence-gathering, entrapment, testing, audit, or similar purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any shipment where we believe the order is connected to unauthorized government, regulatory, investigative, or enforcement use.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to prevent compliance with valid legal process, court orders, warrants, subpoenas, or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment approval, fraud screening, eligibility review, and policy compliance checks.
Order processing may be delayed if:
Payment requires review;
Customer information is incomplete or inconsistent;
Shipping information requires correction;
Eligibility verification is required;
Research-use confirmation is incomplete;
Fraud or chargeback risk is detected;
Product availability changes;
Weather, Canada Post, supply, technical, or operational issues occur.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
5. Shipping Method and Carrier
All orders are shipped using Canada Post.
We do not currently use alternative carriers, courier services, regional carriers, freight services, private delivery services, or customer-selected shipping providers.
Available Canada Post shipping options may vary based on:
Destination province or territory;
Remote or rural address;
Canada Post service availability;
Package size or weight;
Order value;
Operational requirements;
Weather, labour, or service disruptions.
Shipping method names, delivery estimates, tracking updates, and service availability are provided by Canada Post and are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once a package has been transferred to Canada Post, delivery timing, routing, scans, attempted delivery, pickup notices, mailroom handling, community mailbox delivery, and final delivery are subject to Canada Post’s systems, rules, and processes.
6. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Estimated delivery times may be affected by:
Canada Post delays;
Weather;
Labour disruptions;
Remote or rural delivery limitations;
Incorrect or incomplete addresses;
Failed delivery attempts;
High-volume shipping periods;
Security checks;
Operational delays;
Events outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for Canada Post delays after a package has been transferred to Canada Post, subject to applicable law.
7. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated or displayed at checkout where applicable.
Shipping fees may be based on:
Destination;
Shipping method;
Canada Post rates;
Package size or weight;
Order value;
Promotional shipping rules;
Handling requirements.
Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we determine that an issue was caused by our error.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
This includes:
Full legal name or authorized recipient name;
Business, laboratory, or institutional name where applicable;
Street address;
Unit, suite, lab, buzzer, or room number;
City;
Province or territory;
Postal code;
Phone number and email address where requested.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, misdeliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible address information.
If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or refused because of customer-provided address information, no refund, replacement, or credit is guaranteed.
9. PO Boxes, FlexDelivery, and Restricted Addresses
We may refuse to ship to PO Boxes, FlexDelivery addresses, parcel lockers, hotels, temporary addresses, storage facilities, freight forwarders, reshipping services, mail-forwarding services, or addresses that cannot be verified.
Some Canada Post services may not deliver to certain address types.
We reserve the right to request a physical business, laboratory, or institutional address before shipping.
10. Tracking Information
Where available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been processed and a shipping label has been created.
Tracking numbers may take time to activate in Canada Post’s system.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and making arrangements to receive the package safely.
Failure to monitor tracking, retrieve a package, respond to Canada Post notices, or collect a held package may result in delay, return-to-sender, loss, or product degradation. No refund, replacement, or credit is guaranteed in those circumstances.
11. Delivery Confirmation
A package may be considered delivered when Canada Post tracking shows delivery to the shipping address, pickup location, mailbox, community mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, reception area, mailroom, authorized recipient, or other location recognized by Canada Post.
If tracking shows delivered, Canada Peptide Research is not responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, building access issues, mailroom issues, third-party handling, failure to retrieve the package, or unauthorized removal after delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
12. Signature Requirements
At our discretion, certain orders may require signature confirmation, adult signature, direct handoff, pickup, or other delivery controls.
Signature requirements may depend on:
Order value;
Product type;
Destination;
Canada Post requirements;
Fraud risk;
Past delivery issues;
Operational judgment.
If a signature is required, the customer is responsible for ensuring that an authorized person is available to receive the package.
Failure to complete delivery or pickup a held package may result in return-to-sender, delay, or loss. Additional shipping fees may apply for any reshipment approved by us.
13. Temperature, Storage, and Handling After Delivery
Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving, inspecting, and properly storing products after delivery.
Canada Peptide Research is not responsible for product degradation, damage, or loss caused by:
Delayed retrieval after delivery;
Exposure to heat, cold, sunlight, moisture, or improper conditions after delivery;
Failure to monitor tracking;
Failure to collect a package from a pickup location;
Improper storage;
Improper handling;
Opening, puncturing, contaminating, or tampering with packaging;
Use outside lawful laboratory research purposes.
Because products may be sensitive to handling and storage conditions, customers should arrange for prompt receipt and appropriate storage immediately upon delivery.
14. Risk of Loss
Subject to applicable law, risk of loss or damage may transfer to the customer when the package is delivered to Canada Post or when Canada Post tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any non-waivable rights under applicable Canadian federal, provincial, or territorial law.
15. Lost Packages
If tracking does not show delivery and you believe your package is lost, contact us at support@canadapeptideresearch.co.
You must include:
Order number;
Full name used on the order;
Shipping address;
Tracking number, if available;
A description of the issue.
We may ask Canada Post to investigate. Canada Post investigations can take time and may require customer cooperation.
Submitting a lost-package claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, credit, or reshipment. We reserve the right to deny claims where tracking, Canada Post records, address information, customer conduct, or other evidence does not support the claim.
16. Delayed Packages
Delivery delays can occur and do not automatically qualify an order for refund, replacement, cancellation, or credit.
If a package is delayed, customers should monitor tracking and contact Canada Post where appropriate.
We may assist with Canada Post inquiries where reasonable, but we do not control Canada Post operations, routes, staffing, weather delays, delivery scans, pickup notices, attempted deliveries, or delivery timing.
Where applicable law provides a cancellation or refund right for non-delivery within required timelines, we will comply with that law.
17. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@canadapeptideresearch.co.
Your message must include:
Order number;
Full name used on the order;
Clear photos of the outer shipping package;
Clear photos of the inner packaging;
Clear photos of all products received;
A clear description of the damage.
Do not discard the package, packing materials, labels, or products until the claim has been reviewed.
We may review damaged-package claims on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, credit, or other remedy.
We reserve the right to deny claims that are late, incomplete, unsupported by photos, inconsistent with Canada Post records, suspected to be fraudulent, or caused after delivery.
18. Incorrect, Missing, or Fulfillment-Error Claims
If you believe you received the wrong item, an incomplete order, or a fulfillment error, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@canadapeptideresearch.co.
Your message must include:
Order number;
Full name used on the order;
Photos of all items received;
Photos of packaging and packing materials;
A clear description of the issue.
Products must remain unopened, unused, untampered with, and in the same condition as delivered while the issue is under review.
If we confirm that we made a fulfillment error, we may provide a correction, replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate or required by applicable law.
19. Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, rejected, undeliverable, or not picked up from a Canada Post location, no refund, replacement, credit, or reshipment is guaranteed.
Because of the nature of the products, returned packages may not be accepted into inventory or resold, even if unopened.
Additional shipping fees may apply if we approve reshipment.
We may refuse reshipment if we believe the customer has provided inaccurate information, failed to retrieve prior shipments, violated our policies, or created shipping, compliance, payment, fraud, or safety concerns.
20. Weather, Remote Areas, and Canada Post Disruptions
Customers in remote, rural, northern, or hard-to-service locations may experience longer delivery times.
Weather events, wildfires, floods, snowstorms, road closures, emergencies, labour disruptions, Canada Post backlogs, and other events may affect delivery.
Canada Peptide Research is not responsible for delays or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
21. No Export, Reshipping, or Third-Party Forwarding
Products may not be exported, reshipped, redirected, forwarded, or transferred outside Canada.
Customers must not use freight forwarders, parcel forwarding services, reshipping companies, export agents, third-party redirect services, or similar methods.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears connected to export, resale, unauthorized distribution, or policy avoidance.
If a customer reships, exports, redirects, or transfers products after delivery, the customer assumes all responsibility and liability for that conduct.
22. Multiple Shipments
We may ship items from the same order separately where necessary due to availability, packaging, operational requirements, or Canada Post limitations.
If an order is split into multiple shipments, tracking may be provided separately for each shipment where available.
23. Order Holds and Verification Delays
We may place orders on hold before shipment for verification, risk review, payment review, compliance review, address review, or inventory confirmation.
Orders may be held if:
The shipping address cannot be verified;
The order appears inconsistent with research-use-only requirements;
The customer appears ineligible;
Payment information requires review;
Fraud risk is detected;
The order appears connected to government, regulatory, law-enforcement, investigative, export, or unauthorized use;
Additional customer information is required.
If requested information is not provided, the order may be cancelled or refused.
24. Shipping Restrictions by Product
Some products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions, handling requirements, Canada Post limitations, or availability limitations.
We reserve the right to restrict quantities, cancel items, change shipping methods, require additional verification, or refuse shipment where necessary for legal, operational, safety, quality-control, payment, Canada Post, or compliance reasons.
25. Customer Responsibility Upon Delivery
Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for:
Retrieving the package promptly;
Inspecting the package and items immediately;
Reporting damage, missing items, or fulfillment concerns within 24 hours;
Storing products appropriately;
Preventing unauthorized access;
Maintaining laboratory safety and documentation;
Using products only for lawful research purposes;
Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, institutional rules, and safety standards.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in denial of claims.
26. Shipping Policy and Other Policies
This Shipping Policy should be read together with our:
Terms and Conditions;
Refunds and Returns Policy;
Privacy Policy;
Research Agreement;
Product notices;
Checkout acknowledgements.
If there is a conflict between policies, we may interpret them together in a way that best protects lawful research use, Website security, compliance obligations, product integrity, and the operator’s rights, subject to applicable law.
27. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy at any time.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Website or placement of an order after changes are posted means you accept the updated Shipping Policy.
