6. I understand that Canada Peptide Research may refuse, cancel, suspend, or terminate any order or account if information appears incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, suspicious, inconsistent with research-only use, or otherwise unsuitable.
7. I agree to safely handle, store, label, and dispose of products using appropriate laboratory practices and to keep products away from unauthorized persons, consumers, minors, patients, animals, and the general public.
8. I agree that Canada Peptide Research is not responsible for misuse, unlawful use, improper handling, adverse outcomes, regulatory consequences, third-party claims, or losses arising from any use inconsistent with the stated research-only purpose.
9. I have read, understand, and agree to the website policies, including the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refunds and Returns Policy, and I understand that those policies are incorporated into this account registration agreement.
10. I consent to Canada Peptide Research recording evidence of my agreement, including account details, agreement version, timestamp, IP address, browser/user-agent information, and related order or checkout records for compliance, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping purposes.
