Refunds and Returns Policy

Effective Date: May 19, 2026
Website: Canada Peptide Research
Operating Region: Canada Only

Canada Peptide Research sells products strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Due to the specialized nature of our products, safety considerations, quality-control requirements, chain-of-custody concerns, and the risk of contamination or tampering after shipment, all sales are final.

By placing an order on this Website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refunds and Returns Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Canada Peptide Research are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refund requests once an order has been placed, processed, fulfilled, or shipped, except where required by applicable law or where we determine, in our sole discretion, that an order issue was caused by our error.

This policy applies to all products sold on the Website, including but not limited to research peptides, laboratory-use products, accessories, and related items.

2. No Returns Due to Product Nature

For safety, quality-control, and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returned products.

Products sold by Canada Peptide Research may be sensitive to handling, storage conditions, temperature exposure, contamination, tampering, and chain-of-custody concerns. Once a product leaves our control, we cannot verify how it was stored, handled, opened, altered, exposed, or maintained.

For this reason, returned products cannot be resold, restocked, reused, or accepted back into inventory.

3. Research Purposes Only

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only.

Products are not sold for human consumption, animal consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, bodybuilding, performance enhancement, veterinary use, food use, supplement use, compounding, or any other unauthorized purpose.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or replacements based on:

Misuse of a product;
Improper handling or storage after delivery;
Buyer’s remorse;
Change of mind;
Failure to read product descriptions, warnings, or research-use-only notices;
A customer’s misunderstanding of the product’s intended use;
A customer’s inability or unwillingness to use the product for lawful research purposes;
Unauthorized attempted use of the product;
Personal, medical, veterinary, bodybuilding, performance, or consumption-related expectations.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be guaranteed to be cancelled after they are placed.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, packing, label creation, or shipment preparation, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If you contact us immediately after placing an order, we may review the request, but we are under no obligation to cancel the order unless required by applicable law.

5. Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable

Shipping fees, handling fees, insurance fees, payment processing fees, and other service-related charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we determine that an issue was caused by our error.

If an order is refused, unclaimed, rejected, returned to sender, or cannot be delivered due to customer-provided information, shipping fees will not be refunded.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to:

Incorrect shipping address;
Incomplete address;
Missing unit, suite, buzzer, or postal code information;
Customer relocation;
Recipient refusal;
Failure to pick up a package;
Carrier access issues;
Delivery restrictions at the destination.

No refund, replacement, or credit will be issued for customer address errors.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@canadapeptideresearch.co.

Your message must include:

Order number;
Full name used on the order;
Clear photos of the outer shipping package;
Clear photos of the inner packaging;
Clear photos of the damaged item;
A description of the issue.

We may review damaged-package claims on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a damage claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or credit.

We reserve the right to deny claims that are incomplete, late, unsupported by photos, inconsistent with carrier records, or suspected to be fraudulent, abusive, or caused after delivery.

8. Wrong Item or Fulfillment Error

If you believe you received the wrong item or there was a fulfillment error, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@canadapeptideresearch.co.

Your message must include:

Order number;
Full name used on the order;
Photos of all items received;
Photos of the packing materials;
A clear description of the issue.

If we confirm that we made a fulfillment error, we may, at our discretion and where appropriate, provide a correction, replacement, credit, or refund as required by applicable law.

Products must remain unopened, unused, untampered with, and in the same condition as delivered while the issue is being reviewed.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are subject to the carrier’s systems and processes.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers;
Weather;
Labour disruptions;
Incorrect or incomplete addresses;
Failed delivery attempts;
Remote delivery limitations;
Customs or regulatory issues, if applicable;
Events outside our reasonable control.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, we are not responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, or failure to retrieve the package after delivery.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring that packages can be safely received at the delivery address.

10. Temperature, Storage, and Handling After Delivery

Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving, inspecting, and properly storing products after delivery.

We are not responsible for product degradation, damage, or loss caused by:

Failure to retrieve the package promptly;
Exposure to heat, cold, sunlight, moisture, or improper conditions after delivery;
Improper storage;
Improper handling;
Opening, puncturing, contaminating, or tampering with packaging;
Any use inconsistent with laboratory research purposes.

No refund, return, exchange, replacement, or credit will be provided for storage or handling issues after delivery.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Canada Peptide Research, you agree to contact us first regarding any order issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to provide payment processors, banks, card networks, fraud-prevention providers, legal advisors, and other relevant parties with order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, checkout acknowledgements, research-use-only confirmations, account records, IP logs, and policy acceptance records to respond to chargebacks, disputes, fraud claims, or misuse.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, abuse of payment systems, or misrepresentation may result in account termination, refusal of future orders, collections activity, and any other remedies available to us.

12. Refused, Returned-to-Sender, or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or otherwise undeliverable due to customer action or inaction, no refund is guaranteed.

Because of the nature of the products, returned packages may not be eligible for resale or restocking, even if unopened.

We may, at our sole discretion, review the situation and determine whether any partial credit, reshipment, or other resolution is appropriate. Additional shipping fees may apply.

13. Product Information and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, quantities, concentrations, labels, warnings, research-use-only notices, policies, and checkout acknowledgements before placing an order.

We do not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits because a customer failed to read or understand product information, selected the wrong product, ordered the wrong quantity, misunderstood the product’s intended use, or changed their mind after purchase.

14. Compliance With Applicable Law

Nothing in this Refunds and Returns Policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian federal, provincial, or territorial law.

Where applicable law requires a refund, replacement, cancellation right, or other remedy, we will comply with the law.

Where no such legal requirement applies, the terms of this Policy will apply to the fullest extent permitted.

15. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests, replacement requests, return requests, future orders, or customer accounts where we believe there is:

Fraud;
Chargeback abuse;
Policy abuse;
Repeated claims;
False information;
Suspicious activity;
Misuse of products;
Violation of our Terms and Conditions;
Attempted purchase for unauthorized purposes;
Conduct that creates risk to the Website, operator, payment processors, shipping providers, or other customers.
